Economics 2026: Rules, Modelling and Calculations
The formal mathematical architecture of E26 — where sovereign value is expressed in quadratic form, verified by AI, and enforced by the NPV>1 standard at every level of the economic system.
The foundational E26 rule
Using E26 and NPV>1, capital is not reduced in value by the lack of a system of productive value — it is increased in economic effectiveness because of a system of productive control which maintains its boundaries and feedbacks for continuous improvement.
Sovereign control is assured, and ensures the technology innovation lift is the square of the production process.
Where:
S(t) : Sovereign Value Created at time t
C(t) : Cost of Production at time t
L : Lift of the whole system (how the system itself adds extra value)
T : Technology wave multiplier
NPV>1 condition: S(t) / C(t) × L × T > 1
Every sovereign decision must satisfy this condition. If it does not, it is not entered into the E26 system.
Rule formation and mathematical modelling
E26 rules are not political — they are mathematical. Each rule is formed by expressing a sovereign economic decision in NPV>1 terms, stress-tested against validated authoritative data sources, and then subjected to tensile load testing before being entered into the master framework.
This process ensures that every E26 rule is not just theoretically sound — it is operationally robust under real-world economic conditions including recession, supply shock, currency volatility, and pandemic scenarios.
Stress analysis and tensile loading
Under Development — Rule Formation and Mathematical Modelling is currently undergoing Stress Analysis and Tensile Loading. This module will be updated as each calculation framework passes E26 architectural validation.
